We are collecting 2 liter drinks for the ring toss game. Any student that brings in a 2 liter drink will be given two House Bucks for each 2 liter. Please put their name and grade level on the bottle.

First Grade is sponsoring a School Wide Dance Party and Costume Contest on Friday, October 30th from 6:00-8:00. We need Volunteers and Donations. If you can donate items or are willing to help work the dance or BOTH…that is great☺. Please help us out!

St. Clair Halloween Dance and Costume Party!
Where: St. Clair Gym
When: Friday, October 30th
Time: 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m.
Tickets: $2.00 each to get in, $.50 for tickets for activities, and food prices from $1.00-$2.00
Come join us for a night of great fun! We will have lots of games, music, good ghoulish food, and a Costume Contest! Costumes are not required to attend, just encouraged. We will have prizes for:
The Scariest, the Funniest, the Most Creative. Winners for K-2 and 3-5!
Parents are welcome to attend but not required, just plan on picking your student up promptly at 8:00p.m.

September is Tennessee’s official TN College Application & Exploration Month. Next Week is College and Career Week at SCES and across Hawkins County! Please take some time to talk to your student about your path to your current job and ask them about what they want to be when they grow up. We have a few activities planned throughout the week including dress up days. Wednesday: St. Clair colors, Thursday: College gear and colors, and Friday: Career dress up. We will also be taking our 5th graders to the University of Tennessee! Keep a look out for pictures of our College and Career Week adventures.
Wednesday will be House Party day. Students will get to eat lunch with their house and then all houses will join together in the gym for games. Students should wear their house color for this day. Keep it as simple as wearing a Blue, Green, Red, or Black shirt representing their house or go all out and wear it head to toe.
